About Katrina VanCleve

Katrina keeps Legal + Creative running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring the firm’s systems, processes, and people are set up to serve clients at the highest level.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vassar College, with a minor in Philosophy, and has built her career in operations, where organization, efficiency, and process design are both her passion and her strength.

At Legal + Creative, Katrina focuses on streamlining workflows, improving productivity, and making sure the team has the tools and support they need to do their best work. Her operational leadership allows attorneys to stay focused on strategic legal guidance while clients receive a seamless, well-supported experience.

Outside of work, Katrina loves spending time with her husband, their two kids, and their two dogs (who are fully convinced they’re human children). She’s also an avid video gamer and enthusiastic movie and TV show watcher.
