About Samantha Jorden

Samantha Jorden is a Seattle-based attorney advising marketing, advertising, and creative services agencies on protecting and scaling their brands in an increasingly complex digital and AI-driven landscape. Her work focuses on trademark strategy, artificial intelligence law, and social media and influencer marketing compliance.

Samantha earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law, where she graduated with an Intellectual Property concentration and served as Vice President of Intellectual Property Aggies. During law school, she also worked as a teaching assistant for the trademark clinic, deepening her practical experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement.

Before joining Toerek Law, Samantha launched and led the trademark practice at her first firm. Her expertise at the intersection of trademarks and emerging technologies led to her being named a Top AI Trademark Attorney by Husk.ai in 2024.

Samantha is deeply committed to education and leadership within the legal community. She has served as Vice Chair of the Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association and as a Director on the Texas A&M School of Law Alumni Board, where she chaired the Alumni Legacy Awards to raise scholarship money for law students.

She is especially passionate about educating and empowering agency clients, particularly women business owners, to manage their brands and businesses with confidence. She has presented publicly at the AI for Agencies Summit, where she provided practical legal tips for an agency’s integration of AI.
